The glass has a huge influence in the whole drinking experience. The most important function of a whisky glass is to allow the best possible access to the rich and unique set of fragrances of each whisky. Beyond that the glass is part of the whole tasting experience from handling, holding, lip feel, sniffing and drinking.
You can return unused products within 14 days and without giving a reason – this also applies to discounted products. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the products. Your money will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It may take 8-10 working days from receipt of the email for the refund to appear in your account.
If your package or product is damaged or one or more items are missing from the delivery, we will ask you to make an appropriate claim with the transport service provider. For liability and insurance reasons, this claim must be made within 7 days (of delivery). As proof, please present the package or product in the condition in which it was delivered to you. Then send us the information by e-mail to info@nobleglass.fi and attach a picture of the defective product. We will review the case together with the transport service provider and very often we will send you a new one to replace the broken or missing product.
Customers always have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days when they have made an online purchase for example in a webshop.
Delivery times vary from three working days to two weeks, depending on the country. In Finland and other Nordic countries , we deliver parcels using PostNord’s MyPackCollect service. For this reason, we always require the recipient’s mobile number for the order, which will be notified by SMS when the parcel arrives.
