Deliveries within Finland

We care for your dishes. That is why we will pack them with loving care. Our shipping costs are based on the cost of the product purchased, not on the weight of the materials used in packing. . All orders will be free of shipping charges.

Delivery to other countries

Most countries we will charge a flat rate fee (please refer to list below) independent of the value or weight of the merchandise. Included in this fee are all the handling charges, packing costs, shipping costs, and the necessary papers. The customer is responsible for the import taxes charged by customs. Those taxes depend on the import rules of the country shipment will be received at. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for every order I place? 

Yes, you have to pay for each separate order.

Is a partial delivery possible?

No, a partial delivery is not possible. Should you wish to order some articles that are to be delivered immediately and other articles that are to be delivered at a later stage, we would ask you to submit two orders. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the immediately deliverable articles. If you order both the articles to be delivered immediately as well as the articles to be delivered later in one order, you will receive the entire order at a later stage.

How long will the delivery take?

Delivery times within Finland are 1 to 3 working days and 3 to 7 working days to any other mentioned country (in case of payment in advance each calculated from receipt of money). We will indicate any deviating delivery times for single items separately in the online shop.

How can I check on the status of my delivery? 

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as the package has been picked up by DHL/ DPD/ UPS.
